Pure scam, they short ship, either by saying a product was out of stock or shorting the order, of course your credit card is fully charged. They don't answer their online system and respond to fax or letter only after multiple attempts. Any response has been useless platitudes and unfulfilled promises. The strategy seems to be to delay and delay and hope you give up.
