Review:
Used there website in November 2007. After waiting a month for the order I sent a email. No response and still no order. A month later, several emails, numerous voice messages left on there 1300 number, still no order and no response. A few months later I sent a letter to there P.O. Box address. You guessed it no repsonse and still no order. In May 2008. Almost 6 months after placing my order on their website, my money was debited from my bank account. I have NOT received the items I ordered and I have NOT received any reply from BELOWTHEBELT after making numerous attempts to contact through several different means. Customer service does not exsist and nor do the items I have paid for. Beyond poor! Next stop the ACCC.
